Communitas Now Foundation is the nonprofit arm that anchors SLIXZYWRLD in community. While NX STEP evaluates athletes and NX Opportunity opens doors, Communitas Now builds the long-term infrastructure — grants, partnerships, and cross-sector collaboration — that sustains the ecosystem for generations of Rochester athletes to come.
