SLIXZYWRLD Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the current service handles ordinary app use. Research participation, if ever offered, uses a separate consent process.
Data we may process
Depending on the features you use, SLIXZYWRLD may process account identifiers, authentication information, athlete/profile information, evidence, evaluation and development records, public posts and comments, uploaded photos or video, camera/microphone media you choose to capture, commerce and service records, privacy settings, moderation reports, blocked-user records and account-deletion requests. Connected features such as OnlyHops may also process their own training, readiness or development records when you choose to use them.
The app does not treat permission to use one feature as permission to collect unrelated data.
Why data is used
Data is used to authenticate accounts, operate SLIXZYWRLD account, WRLD, Steward, creation, social, business, commerce, play, support and safety features, including NX STEP basketball identity, evidence, evaluation and development when you use NX STEP, provide connected services you choose such as OnlyHops, apply privacy choices, prevent abuse, investigate reports, secure the service, satisfy deletion requests and maintain records that must lawfully be retained.
AI-assisted features may receive the minimum context needed for the requested feature. AI output does not become identity truth, evaluation authority or permission merely because a model produced it.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate authentication, storage, media, support and other app functions. Providers should receive only the data needed for their role and remain subject to applicable privacy and security obligations.
Public profile or social content is not private. Private athlete and evidence records are handled separately from content you intentionally publish.
Permissions, device access and tracking
Camera and microphone access is requested only when you choose a capture or live-media feature. If you deny access, the app should continue to provide non-camera alternatives where the feature permits, such as file upload or text entry. Contacts and precise location are not required for ordinary use.
The service does not intentionally use cross-app advertising tracking. If a future release adds advertising identifiers, third-party tracking, contacts, precise location, background access or another sensitive permission, the required disclosure and consent must be added before release.
Athletic, training and health-adjacent data
If you choose OnlyHops or related athlete features, the app may process performance and training information such as height, weight, movement observations, jump/sprint/agility measures, soreness or tightness reports, pain-changing-mechanics flags, recovery/readiness information and training-development records. These records are used for the requested athletic training/performance feature and are not presented as medical diagnoses.
Research participation remains separate from ordinary product use. An athlete or training record does not become research consent, and health-adjacent information must not be silently repurposed for a study or unrelated feature.
Your controls
You can change current profile visibility and privacy-reach settings from WRLD settings. You may request correction of inaccurate information, report abusive content, block another user from your feed experience, and request deletion of your account and associated data.
Where data must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, dispute, safeguarding or other lawful reasons, the retained category and reason should be communicated rather than presented as fully deleted.
Retention, account deletion and revocation
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the feature or service requested, security and fraud prevention, dispute handling, required business records, safeguarding, or another disclosed lawful purpose. Retention periods may differ by record type; records subject to a lawful hold or mandatory retention are kept only for that purpose and should not remain available for unrelated use.
If you created an account, you may initiate full account deletion inside the app from Settings or the Account Deletion page. The request covers the account and associated personal data, including user-generated content, except information that must legally be retained. Manual processing may take time; the deletion request page displays the current processing status rather than pretending deletion is instantaneous.
You may also revoke optional device permission through your device settings. Revoking a permission may disable the feature that requires it but should not grant the app a substitute permission.
App-store privacy disclosures
Any Apple App Privacy or Google Play Data safety disclosure must match the data practices of the released app, including third-party services and device permissions.
If the app later adds analytics, advertising, crash reporting, payment services or sensitive device access, the privacy disclosures must be reviewed and updated before release.
