Gameplay is not a paid tier and it is not founder-only. Your persistent Steward is the required continuity character. Once your own Steward exists, the same Steward can move with you into the gameplay surface.
No purchase is required to unlock basic gameplay. Paid tools or services may add capability later, but they do not buy Person identity, Steward identity, proof, rank, or the right to basic WRLD participation.
